If you need to test equipment for safe use, the Sonel PAT-86 electrical equipment safety meter is the tool for you. This advanced meter allows you to measure important parameters that could affect the safe use of the equipment, such as resistance of protective conductors, insulation resistance, continuity of connections, leakage currents, power, RCD and PRCD. The PAT-86 model is especially dedicated to testing welding equipment according to the EN 60974-4 standard. It allows among other things to check the rated voltage of welding equipment in no-load condition and the primary leakage current.
