Rigol DS1104Z Plus

The DS1000Z series is a high-performance and economic mixed-signal digital oscilloscope designed for the mainstream digital oscilloscope market. In addition to 16 digital channels, it allows you to measure analog and digital signals at the same time.

This oscilloscope has a 100MHz bandwidth and 1GSa/s sample rate, 4 channels and 24Mpts of memory. The screen size is 17.8 cm (7 inches). It can be upgraded to MSO with the purchase of a logic probe (RPL1116).
