The DHO5000 series is RIGOL’s first 8-channel digital oscilloscope, offering up to 8 analog input channels, a maximum real-time bandwidth of 1 GHz, and a real-time sampling rate of up to 4 GSa/s. Featuring 12-bit vertical resolution, it provides engineers with high-precision signal analysis across a range of applications, including embedded system design, power semiconductor evaluation, and power rail testing.
With support for up to 8 analog input channels in a single unit, the DHO5000 series is ideal for a wide range of multi-channel testing applications, including power sequencing verification, three-phase power analysis, motor diagnostics, and testing of third-generation semiconductors.
