The MP-180 I-V tracer is the ultimate research instrument for photovoltaic cell development and quality inspection.
The MP-180 I-V Tracer is a unique all-around measurement device suitable for testing all types and sizes of photovoltaic cells. When combined with a pulsed or continuous sun simulator, I-V curve measurements can be fully automated using the built-in trigger function to synchronise with the flash or the sun simulator shutter control. The MP-180 is operated via a PC with software functions for visualising data, data management and calculating specific cell parameters such as Rs and Rsh. Connecting with optional switching units enables configuration of various measurement systems using multiple PV cells, pyranometers and thermocouples together with platinum resistance temperature sensors
