מערכת הבדיקה VLF מדגם HVA94 הינו מכשיר מתאים לקביעת מצבם של כבלי מתח בינוני בדירוג מתח של עד 69KV (בהתאם ל-IEEE 400.2-2013). העיצוב הקומפקטי שלו ויחס הספק יציאת מתח גבוה למשקל שאין כמותו הופכים אותו לאופציה מצוינת לבדיקת כבלים של עד 66 kVrms ו-94 kVpeak (פעולת גלי סינוס), אך יש צורך בבדיקת תקלה נוספת לבדיקת מעטפת.
