ALL-TEST AT34™

Deenergized Motor Circuit Analysis™ (MCA) Testing Instrument

The AT34™ is a portable, hand-held device designed for motor condition monitoring. It performs a thorough analysis of a motor’s internal components and tracks the results using MCA™ condition monitoring software for trend analysis.

Enhance Motor Reliability with the AT34™

The new AT34™ empowers technicians to quickly and accurately assess AC induction squirrel-cage motors (up to 1,000V) for potential issues, including:

  • Open connections
  • Ground faults
  • Internal winding faults
  • Stator winding issues
  • Contamination
  • Rotor faults

Using Motor Circuit Analysis™ (MCA) technology, the AT34 evaluates motor health in a non-destructive, efficient manner—whether initiated from the motor drive or starter.

Designed for versatility, the AT34 is ideal for use both in the field and on the shop floor, helping you:

  • Improve motor reliability
  • Boost technician and asset productivity
  • Reduce energy consumption

With the AT34, motor health monitoring becomes easier, smarter, and more effective.

Motor Condition Monitoring & Trending

Beyond troubleshooting, the AT34™ serves as a powerful motor condition monitoring tool, enabling the assessment of a motor’s internal components over time to predict potential failures.

Leveraging proprietary TVS Technology, the AT34 allows users to perform a quick, 3-minute test that generates an overall ‘machine health’ condition value. This value can be tracked over time, with any deviations or fluctuations serving as early indicators of motor issues that require further investigation.

Data can be easily transferred via USB cable to a PC equipped with MCA™ Software for:

  • Trending analysis
  • In-depth diagnostics
  • Comprehensive report generation

The AT34 ensures proactive motor health management, minimizing unexpected downtime and improving operational efficiency.
